By accessing or using Oxpoll, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the platform.

Eligibility

Oxpoll is intended for general audiences. If local law sets a minimum age for using online voting or community platforms, you're responsible for meeting it before using Oxpoll.

Accounts

You can vote and view results without an account. An account is only required to create your own polls. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account.

Voting Rules

• One vote per person, per poll. Attempting to bypass our verification systems to vote multiple times is a violation of these terms.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to cast or manipulate votes is not allowed.
• Votes are final once cast and cannot be changed or retracted.

Poll Content Rules

Polls you create must not contain hate speech, harassment, explicit content, misinformation presented as fact, or content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove polls that violate these rules and to suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

Intellectual Property

The Oxpoll name, logo, and platform design are the property of Oxpoll. Poll questions and options you submit remain yours, but by posting them you grant Oxpoll a license to display and distribute them as part of the service.

Disclaimer

Oxpoll provides polling data "as is." Poll results reflect the opinions of voters who chose to participate and are not scientifically weighted samples unless explicitly stated. Results should not be treated as a substitute for professional research, legal, financial, or medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oxpoll is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on poll results.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
